One of the things that really make West Bend East and West graduating seniors happy are receiving Grad Grams! Grad Grams are a free personalized way to inspire, congratulate, and celebrate our graduates. Each Grad Gram is like a greeting card that includes a personal message to the graduate and a way to leave a lasting memory or wish with a graduating senior.

The West Bend High Schools' WBSD Way team and volunteers collect, assemble, and present these booklets to graduating seniors on graduation day. The WBSD Way wants to give at least one Grad Gram to each graduating senior. This is now an ongoing tradition that we have successfully achieved for the past few years! We are asking that submissions be in by Friday, May 30.

HOW MUCH DOES A GRAD GRAM COST?

They are all free!

WHERE CAN YOU GET GRAD GRAMS ?

1) The Education Service Center (ESC), 735 S. Main Street, West Bend

2) High school bookkeeper

3) Fill one out electronically by using this form (it is good for both East and West grads)

4) Download one here to personalize and complete yourself and turn in to any school.

WHEN ARE THE COMPLETED GRAD GRAMS DUE? 

The completed forms must be dropped off or mailed in to any WBSD school office by May 30. If using the online form, just complete the it by May 30. Late submissions will NOT be included.
 

WHO SHOULD GIVE GRAD GRAMS?

WHEN DO THE GRADUATES RECEIVE THEIR GRAD GRAMS? 

Grad Gram booklets are given to each and every graduating senior at the end of the graduation ceremony.
