HEAD START is a program for Washington County resident children ages 3 and 4 from West Bend, Hartford and outlying areas. Children attend school four days per week, Monday through Thursday. Four-year-olds attend either a full-day or half-day session. Three-year-olds attend a half-day session that is either AM or PM.
HEAD START helps low-income children, their families, and communities overcome the effects of poverty and helps prepare children to start school.
