The nutritional analysis is an estimate of what the average student selects.  The nutritional analysis information is in compliance with the new Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 (HHFKA).  These are science-based rules from USDA. We use Nutrikids software to verify our accuracy for nutrients required.

We must meet the following regulations:

  • Limit the calories per tray by grade level
  • Less than 10% of calories from saturated fat
  • 0 trans fat
  • Lower sodium levels
  • Offer five food components which are fruits, vegetables, grains, meats/meat alternates and fluid milk
